Dynamic Deep Meditation

I have for many years been a student of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings of the world. DDM comes from those teachings and I have adapted it for modern day use. I have taught many hundreds of people to practice DDM and all have benefited beyond their wildest dreams. Please read on.

Life
As we progress through life we accumulate stress. Stress is OK until it reaches an overload state. Many of us at some time in life will reach such a state and it will be signalled by the onset of one or more uncomfortable symptoms. Tension headaches, dizziness, high or low blood pressure, arthritis, panic attacks, skin diseases, depression, anxiety, problems in communicating effectively with others, lack of energy, pain without obvious cause; these are a few of the most common signs of stress overload. DDM has proven to dissolve and transform overloads of stress and prevent any further build up occurring. This allows the nervous system to improve its functioning and the outcome is usually a remission of uncomfortable symptoms such as those mentioned above.

Types of Meditation
Most forms of meditation rely upon the meditator concentrating upon an object, theme, idea or
bodily process. Others require very intensive pre-training prior to becoming a meditator. Many forms of meditation need you to undertake ritual or become a member of a group, religion or cult. In some cases people have to meditate for longer and longer periods of time or have to go on special diets, or sit or lie in a particular way, or carry out their meditation in a particular place or time of day; or to attempt to stop thinking. etc. None of these types of meditation are easy to fit into a busy life in our hectic hi tech society. DDM avoids all these restrictions and complications and is ideal for anybody of any age, race, creed or belief or none belief system.

What is different about DDM?
DDM is a none concentrative type of meditation which is carried out twice daily. It requires no change in your diet, beliefs, or attitudes. You do not have to be a member of any organisation. DDM is very easy and pleasant to practice. It only takes a small investment of your time to do and the benefits are well worth this.

How does DDM work and what does it offer me?
Because your mind is not tensioned during your session of DDM it is easily able to enter states of comfort. Thoughts continue but with less urgency. As the days go by DDM Meditators usually enjoy increasing ongoing feelings of well being, not just during the meditational period but also in the rest of their daily lives. Challenging situations are welcomed and tension and nervousness quickly become things of the past.

We meditate not for the experiences during the meditation but for the benefits we experience in our life as a result of doing the practice.

How is DDM taught?
For one to one clients DDM is taught in a three sessional individual programme.

For groups a free talk precedes the training. Then each person is individually taught one to one how to meditate.

On the next session the group then returns together to discuss with the teacher and among themselves the changes they are experiencing since becoming DDM Meditators. a group class meditation is carried out. Any necessary adjustments are made to individuals practices. Members are then taught other refinements to the practice.

For the final session the group again return. All members fill out a questionnaire and then a discussion follows. All questions are answered. A group meditation and check follows. Instructions are given upon how to adjust the meditative practice in all situations throughout each persons life.
